Henkel has inaugurated its new Technology Center in Bridgewater, New Jersey. The 70,000-square-foot facility displays Henkel’s portfolio of adhesives, sealants, functional coatings, and specialty materials and fosters collaboration with customers from over 800 industry sectors to develop innovative solutions.
Michael Todd, vice president of innovation and new business development at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, stated that innovation is fundamental to the company’s operations. “The Technology Center Bridgewater is intended to foster collaboration throughout the value chain.
The 70,000-square-foot facility displays Henkel’s adhesives, sealants, functional coatings, and specialized materials.
With the opening of our Inspiration Center in Düsseldorf last year, we effectively launched this concept and intend to adapt and leverage it in core markets for our Adhesive Technologies division, such as North America.

The Technology Center features an interactive infinity chamber where Henkel Adhesives Technologies’ most innovative solutions for the region are displayed.
Featured programs include sustainable packaging for consumer goods, sustainable trends in palletizing, smart health solutions with printed electronics for diapers and personal health monitoring, digital solutions for maintenance, repair, and operation of manufacturing equipment, and innovations in engineered wood building applications.
